We use this salve for achy muscles, joints, arthritis, torn tendons, etc.
Sore after a workout? this can help those sore muscles. Works wonders for us.
I personally have fibromyalgia and it helps with the pain of my flare ups.
I currently have a torn labrum in my shoulder, have been using it to help with the pain.
Apply liberally to affected area. Avoid open skin, wounds, eyes, nostrils, etc.

ST JOHNS WORT: muscle pain, nerve pain.
PEPPERMINT: Peppermint oil is applied to the skin for headache, muscle pain, nerve pain, toothache, inflammation of the mouth, joint conditions, itchiness, allergic rash, bacterial and viral infections
Please note, this is not going to cure anything that ails you, it might relieve some of your achy painful areas for while though.
